I have a tricky situation also:

I was convicted for DUI 1st offense on 12/16/2005. I filed one sr22 and then had to sell my car and haven't driven since--no car, no insurance. So, my questions are when is my sr22 expiration date and if it is not 12/16/2008 will I need to file the new fr44 for an additional 3 yrs.? should I have been filing even though I was not an auto owner? confusing!!!!

Thanks
